About this block

Sticky Header Linked CardsPRO

The heading, intro and pill stay pinned in a sticky column while linked photo cards scroll past in pairs beside them, each photograph drifting inside its frame under a serif title, a meta line and an arrow that lifts on hover.

Base UI flavor

bash
npx shadcn add "https://ui.beste.co/r-base/feature303?email=YOUR_EMAIL&license_key=YOUR_KEY"

This installs the block to components/beste/block/feature303.tsx plus the button22 sliding-marker pill and the text1 word stagger it uses.

Quick start

The installed file exports feature303Demo alongside the block: the exact props behind the preview above. Spread it to get a working sticky Header Linked Cards in one line.

tsx
import { Feature303, feature303Demo } from "@/components/beste/block/feature303";

export default function Page() {
  return <Feature303 {...feature303Demo} />;
}

Then replace the demo with your own props. Written out, a trimmed setup looks like this:

tsx
import { Feature303 } from "@/components/beste/block/feature303";

export default function Page() {
  return (
    <Feature303
      eyebrow="Where sessions happen"
      heading="Four places to be heard."
      description="Each one opens its own page."
      button={ label: "See all locations", href: "/rooms", tone: "outline" }
      cards={[
        {
          title: "The front room",
          description: "Two armchairs and a door that closes properly.",
          meta: "Rua da Prata, second floor",
          href: "/rooms/front",
          image: { src: "/rooms/front.jpg", alt: "A sunlit room with two low armchairs" },
        },
      ]}
    />
  );
}

Behavior notes

  • The left column is lg:sticky lg:top-24, so the heading holds while the cards move; below lg it simply stacks and the stickiness is dropped.
  • The whole card is one Link, photograph included, so there is no separate hit target for the title.
  • Each card owns its own scroll listener and drifts -8% to 8% against a 1.18 scale, so the pairs do not move in lockstep.
  • Photos clear from blur(24px) on decode, with a complete check on mount so a cached file does not stay blurred.
  • meta sits under the title rather than beside it, so a long address wraps without pushing the arrow off the card.
  • Entry delay alternates on index % 2 so a row of two arrives a beat apart.
