About the Role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will lead the development of our core web applications, collaborating closely with product designers and backend engineers. You'll play a key role in shaping our frontend architecture, establishing best practices, and mentoring junior developers. This is a high-impact position where your work will directly influence how thousands of users experience our product every day.
Responsibilities
Architect and implement complex UI features using React and TypeScript
Collaborate with designers to translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive components
Drive frontend performance optimization and establish monitoring for Core Web Vitals
Lead code reviews and establish frontend coding standards across the team
Contribute to our design system and shared component library
Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical hiring decisions
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience with state management solutions such as Zustand, Redux, or Jotai
Proficiency with testing frameworks like Jest, Playwright, or Cypress
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering patterns
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong public portfolio
Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Framer
